Are you an exchange student at the Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles? Then you are at the right place!

This is the website of the BEP (Bureau Étudiant de Polytechnique), one of the student association of the faculty. Our goal is to help the students of the faculty during their studies, organize activities to create a bond between the students, create goodies with the school logo, and so on.

We also have a team that will help you with your integration in the school! They will organize several activities for you: welcoming drinks, parties, city visits, etc… Most contacts will be taken through the Facebook page. There they will share all events organized by us and also all over the university!

We also have a room in the U building of the Solbosh campus (UB1.149) where we sell food, drinks, have sofas and a microwave. Feel free to come by to meet us all!

The BEP also prepared for you “cheat sheets” intended to show you all the informatic tools you have access to for free thanks to ULB or because of your student status, but also explain you how they work. All the cheat sheets that are particularly relevant for exchange students and VUB students in BRUFACE will be translated in English and posted on this page !

In addition to the BEP, there are two other student organizations in the school, with different purposes:

• CP (Cercle Polytechnique) : They organize a lot of parties and events that are really really typical of our university all year long! They have a bar near our room (between UB1 and UC1), where you can buy Belgian beers at a very affordable price! It’s open almost all day, every weekday.
• BEST (Board of European Student in Technologies) : This European student organization has a local group in our university. It provides the opportunity to follow one or two weeks of lectures abroad, to meet European students, to travel or party.
